Processing Time

Please note orders ship from Australia and all prices are in Australian Dollars.

Since I run the store myself between my other commitments, orders generally go out once a week.

Shipping Time

Once shipped orders generally take 7-10 working days to reach their destination from Australia, sometimes longer due to the postal service, which means together with the processing time an order can take up to four weeks to reach you.

To keep costs low for customers, orders are shipped without tracking, and you won't receive a shipping notification email, I've found this to be the most efficient way for me to keep the webstore up and running.

If you require tracking please contact me immediately at the time of ordering, tracking for a single patch starts at around $20 AUD from Australia which is why I don't generally offer it, I have no control over this cost.

Lost Items

If four weeks have passed and you think your item has been lost please contact me.

In 99% of cases the item is still on it's way. Items have been lost due to people giving me the wrong address at the time of ordering.

Wrong Addresses

If you have given me the wrong postal address at the time of ordering and have not contacted me immediately with your correct address I am afraid I cannot offer a refund or replacement once the item has been shipped.
